Bob the Rock, North Cascades National Park

"Bob" the rock is an actual rock I know. Maybe he's not sentient but he was always a welcome site on Cutthroat Trail because it meant we were 2/3rds of the way to Cutthroat Lake. We always climbed on top of Bob; sometimes we had a picnic or a snack or a drink of water. We'd pose and take photos of us and Bob. Then we'd say goodbye and thank him for the hospitality and the visit.
